Our Main Services
We’re professionals in metal forming, rolling, and custom steel fabrication services. With several techniques and specialties under our belt, we can exceed your expectations according to industrial standards.
Our capabilities are as follows:
Metal Forming
One of the primary manufacturing techniques we specialize in is metal forming. It’s when the material is shaped or formed using various techniques to achieve the desired product. It enables us to manufacture parts and components that are critical in many industries without affecting the integrity of the product since it doesn’t require melting or heating the metal.
It includes different processes for commercial metal forming, such as the following:
- Rolling
- Bending
- Press braking
Many other processes are used during this procedure, and we have state-of-the-art equipment to complete any task. Our machinists can expertly work on any metal and offer a variety of finishes for superior results.
Metal Rolling
Metal rolling is under metal forming, where the material or metal stock is fed through a sheet metal roller to manipulate its thickness. The goal is to reduce its thickness and make it uniform for easier processing, but it also increases its strength and durability.
There are two main types of rolling: hot rolling and cold rolling. The differences between the two are as follows:
- Hot rolling refers to steel rolled at high temperatures that prevent the metal’s recrystallization.
- Cold rolling refers to hot-rolled steel that has been processed again using cold-reduction materials.
- Cold-rolled steel has a wide range of surface finishes and is tougher by up to 20% compared to hot rolling.
- Hot rolling produces a larger radius, while cold rolling has a smaller radius.
Custom Fabrication
Custom fabrication is a flexible manufacturing process utilizing different capabilities to achieve our customer’s desired products. The goal is to develop a desired outcome while customizing the design, size, and shape.
We can offer various manufacturing services, including metal forming and rolling. These provide benefits to ensure you receive the best results while customizing the services to your requirements.
Our professional machinists can handle any project, and we’re ready to tackle any challenge. Trust us as your manufacturing partner; we’ll deliver solutions that will drive success.
